Snap On Tow Mirror Recommendation for 2003 Ford F150 King Ranch

Question:
I have a 2003 f150 king ranch. Existing mirror has the turn signal on it. I need a snap on towing mirror. I cant find one. Any suggestions? Thanks.

For a 2003 Ford F-150 King Ranch we know the K-Source Snap On Tow Mirrors part # KS81600 is a confirmed fit. It will block the turn signals in the mirror housing though.
