The K-Source Custom Towing Mirrors, # KS81600, were designed to fit certain Ford and Lincoln trucks and SUVs, so it will not fit on your 2012 Toyota 4Runner.

We have universal towing mirrors that will work with your Toyota 4Runner, but there are no custom fit towing mirrors for your vehicle. One mirror that you may be interested in is the K Source Clip-On Universal Towing Mirror, # KS3891. These mirrors will clip on to the mirror housing of your OEM mirrors and they use rubber straps that wrap around the back of your mirror to secure the towing mirror.

One advantage to the clip-on mirror is that it will not cover your turn signal light on the backside of your mirror housing. The mirror face on this mirror is also larger than most slip on custom mirrors.

Are there any custom fit towing mirrors yet? Its been 12 years, surely they have one by now.

@TimB Unfortunately not. One of my coworkers has this exact vehicle and he doesn't understand why they won't make a custom fit option either. I can tell you from my experience, I'd still recommend the K Source Clip-On mirrors # KS3891. These are my favorite universal fit mirrors by far. In my opinion, they provide the best view angle and have the best vibration resistance of the bunch.
