I have in my cart a brake controller and harness. I have a 2017 Dodge caravan. I need slip on mirrors for that.

I have a great set of towing mirrors for your 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan but they are universal not slip on. They are the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors - Clip-On item # CM11952-2. These universal-fit mirrors clip onto your factory side-view mirrors to extend your line of sight while you're towing. They have a ball-and-socket joint that lets you adjust the angle of the mirror. I have attached a couple pictures of this function that will also show you the view of these mirrors from the drivers side window. I have also linked an installation video and a picture of these mirrors installed on a Grand Caravan we had here over the fall.
