Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this Demco 3" diameter lunette ring, with the five position adjustable channel, and it has a 25,000 lbs weight capacity.Now, you can mount this lunette ring and the 12" channel bracket onto your trailer to get a nice strong attachment point for your pintle hitch. The lunette ring is designed to couple to your pintle hitch, and the heavy duty channel bracket allows you to adjust that lunette rings height to match different tow vehicles. If you notice, they have six mounting holes here on the adjustable channel, so that will give you five mounting positions to put it in. The adjustable channel bracket welds onto your trailer, and then as you can see here, I've bolted the lunette ring to the bracket with the included hardware. It does come with the bolts and the nuts to install the lunette ring.This is a sturdy steel construction, and if you notice on the lunette ring, it has a nice silver powder-coat finish on it that gives you excellent corrosion resistance.

It does meet the 500-hour salt spray rating, so it is great for marine application. These parts are made in the USA.Few specs on this, going to measure the lunette ring. And the lunette ring's measurements, you'll always be the inner diameter, which is the inner portion, if we take our ruler and go on that, it's going to be right at 3". The overall, from this end to this end, it's going to be right at about 6". And the adjustable channel, the height on it, it's going to be right at 12".

And the inner width, right in here, is going to be just under 3". The weight capacity we mentioned is 25,000 lbs, vertical load limit on this is 3000 lbs.
