Today, we're going to be taking a look at part number DM09557-95. This is the Demco Lunette Ring. This is designed to couple with a pintle hitch. It's designed to go into a 3" wide channel bracket. The adjustable channel mount's going to let you change the height of the lunette ring depending on the application. Your channel bracket and mounting hardware are sold separately. The unit's made from a sturdy steel construction that's got a zinc plating, so it's going to offer excellent corrosion and rust resistance.
Again, it's designed for 3" wide channel brackets. The mounting holes on the ring are going to be separated apart from one another on center by 2" and these holes are going to give us a diameter of 5/8". This is going to feature a weight capacity of 25,000 pounds. It's imprinted right here at the base of the ring. The inner diameter of the lunette ring, that's going to give us a measurement of about 3" outer diameter from edge to edge.
We're looking at around 6" to be exact. It's a little bit closer to 6 1/4" That's going to do it for today's look at part number DM09557-95.

Another outstanding product. I paired this with my 36,000 lb Brophy pintle hook. I will have NO issues with a 16,000 lb trailer, there's no such thing as to much.

bolts were not offered with this product if you need to replace the lunette ring the bolts need to be replaced as well ,they wear out too.
