Are Pro Series Bolts Grade 8 for Mounting Demco Lunette Ring

Our the bolts in product #PS024202 grade 8 bolts? Also, what is the torque setting for these nuts supplied with the bolts? I will be attaching DM09557-95 to a C-channel using these bolts. Thank you.
