Shipping was fast and arrived in 2 days. I took my time installing it and took about 1.5 hours. It was extremely easy to install and if I did it again would probably take 1/2 an hour. I didn’t have to remove the muffler and still had access to the bolts. Overall, satisfied!

Product: quality is A-1,I recommend getting the hitch with the welded on plug holder. It makes the appearance very clean and professional looking. I recommend ordering the better wiring kit. Etrailer offers 2 but there is a big difference in quality for an extra 10 bucks. You will need the Curt plug holder because it does not come with the hitch. My bad for not reading more carefully. Don't skip it.
Installation: the hitch is heavy so you need help to hold up the other end while you get a bolt started. When you lower the spare you do not need to fully remove. Just unwind the cable quit a bit and push the wheel forward out of your way.
The bolts supplied went it with ease one I had a starter bolt on each side. I used a long extension electric ratchet to snug the bolts up then lightly impacted.
The wiring harness was petty simple. Just watch the video a couple times and you will be able to complete realistically in 30 minutes.
Overall with lifting the vehicle or having a receiver lifting mechanism I was at 2 hours. Not a difficult job so with some mechanical abilities anyone can do it.
Manufacturer: One item I would recommend on the hitch itself. The actual receiver tube doesn't need to be welded quite as low. The vehicle is already low so raising about 1 inch would have made it slightly more stream line when viewing from the back.

Hello. I received the parcel. Thank you very much. I don't know who is responsible for packaging and shipping, but I received an open and damaged package. After analyzing the situation, I came to the conclusion that the reason lies in the packaging. There are many scratches on the mount, this can be seen in the photo. I will need to paint over these areas. so that rust does not appear. everything else is fine. Fast delivery. I will evaluate the quality after installation and operation.

It does sound like the hitch had a rough trip. I would recommend what you have suggested in using a rust resistant paint like Rustoleum to touch up the scratched areas. We will be in contact with you. We can credit you back for cost of the paint or send you a paint kit.

etrailer was great. UPS was a little iffy. Trailer hitch made it to Knoxville (30 miles from my house) sch for delivery next day. Instead of coming to my house, it goes to Walton, KY, then goes to Nashville, then Knoxville a second time and then my house. Missed my installation appt. So, five stars for Etrailer. UPS, which is normally very good, not so much this time.
The trailer hitch itself is of very good quality. Unfortunately, it does not fit my 2025 Infiniti QX60 without modifying the bumper.
Good fit. I did not have to do anything with the car's tail pipe. Went on with a socket extension on my torque wrench.
Installed very easy. I was able to put it in without removing exhaust off the hangers (first photos show the three passenger side bolts, had to use a flat wrench to tighten the back one, due to exhaust blocking a socket wrench). The small cut required in the bumper cover is only on the bottom and can’t be seen, once hitch is installed. I used an oscillating multi tool to cut the plastic after using blue tape to mark off where to trim the plastic - worked surprisingly clean and fast.
Absolutely perfect. Packages well and super easy to install. I was done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate you guys.

It was on Sale so had to score this, not to mention it had the wiring mount built in.
Had to lower spare tire and move exhaust over to tighten the screws, but took less than 30mins to put on. Two person job. Had to cut small part of bumper to fit better.
Perfect fit - easy to install. Did not have to lower spare or exhaust!

Super easy to install after watching the video. It took us about an hour and a half & quite a bit of that time was making sure the cut was right for fascia. It is definitely something a beginner could do, will need two people though.

Shipping was fast, wrapped in heavy plastic, no missing bolts etc. Paint slightly scuffed.
Item is heavy duty, glossy black paint. Also pretty heavy.
For 2023 Nissan Pathfinder.
Installation was easy since I have done this on three different vehicles before (by myself each time).
Used blocks of wood, tarps and a mini floor jack. Muffler can be pushed out of the way on this vehicle like the video mentions. Part of plastic bumper is cut by using an oscillating tool.
Pricey, much more than the 2020 Nissan Pathfinder Hitch I installed just 16 months ago. Ouch.

The product is fine, it appears to be built very well. Haven’t used it yet but I’m sure I won’t have any issues with it. I am not a fan of cutting the bumper to make the hitch fit on the vehicle. However, apart from the dealership this is the only other option.

This fit perfectly in my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Easy install. I didn't have to cut anything. I didn't need to remove the spare tire or muffler. I was able to install by just pushing the muffler aside.
