The hitch is a solid hunk of metal, fits my car perfectly. The holes on the hitch were aligned with the bolts holding the rear bumper. The delivery was very quick. The packaging is solid - lots of thick cardboard, held together with half a pound of huge copper staples. The instructions were rolled inside the receiver.
I have zero experience with cars, but am somewhat handy, and was able to install the hitch on my Trailblazer without much trouble. Took me about three hours total. Didn't need to lift the car up. There were a few small difficulties - I mistook a rivet for a bolt, had to google how to pop off the plastic rivets, and later couldn't figure out how to disconnect the connectors on the electrical wires, so I had to google how to do it. Now, the car is back together, and it has a hitch, so I can carry attachments, and I get to brag about installing it myself. Yay! The video on eTrailer site helped a lot - without it, I wouldn't have the guts to attempt the installation. A second pair of hands might've made it easier, but I just used a plastic stool and a chunk of wood for support. The only complaint I have is that the paper installation instructions are quite terse, and the pictures on them are very hard to make out. All in all, it was a fun afternoon project, and the hitch is well made and heavy-duty, and is sure to serve me for years to come. Thank you eTrailer!
I was hesitant to take on the task of installing this hitch receiver myself but after watching the how-to video, I decided to give it a try. The hitch fit perfectly and the directions were so easy to follow! It took me a little longer than 2 hours because the sealant around the bumper was tenacious but I eventually got it off. If this dental hygienist can install this receiver, so can you! Yes, my car is named Bingo.

The hitch was a perfect fit on my 2022 Chevy Trailblazer. It was an easy install once I got the rear bumper facia off. The difficult part of the installation was removing the bumper facia I only broke one clip. Luckily I was able to find a replacement clip at Autozone.

This was my second time installing a Draw-Tite DT55GR hitch on a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it went smoothly thanks to eTrailer’s installation video. The only difference was that I had to trim a sheet metal gusset on the drivers side for the hitch to mount flush to the unibody “frame”. Overall I am happy with the product and with eTrailer in general. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Amazing.this is the 2nd tow pkg Ive bought from this company. They are worth every penny. The tutorial videos are wonderful as well. Whenever I need another trailer accessory I will be returning!
The hitch fit perfectly. However installation is a lot more than described. Best to take part to your gm dealer for installation.
I received the hitch on time. When I unpacked it I did not see any invoice or installation instructions at first, BUT they were rolled up inside the receiver. The online installation video was well made. My only complaint is the mounting plate holes were slightly off. Had to use a rubber mallet to help it on. even though they were obrounded.
The powder coating was chipping off from rough handling by UPS. But in all fairness the coating appeared to be very thin and poorly applied .
I used black spray paint to cover the chipped areas. I don't think it will affect the functionality of the hitch.

Received the hitch within three days. The installation video was incredibly accurate and helpful. Follow the instructions in the video and had the thing installed in no time. Excellent quality and customer service.
It does work with the auto lift gate kick sensor on my 2021 Buick Encore Gx. A bit of an involved install, but it's nice to have.
Easy install. Took about 3 hours for a homeowner and a helper. Installation video was a great help.
Best built hitches ever made. Fit well and strong. I'm 73 years young, so I did it myself in my driveway. Fits perfect and look great.

This hitch was very well made. The problem was it was chipped up and had busted through its shipping box, thus banging up the product while shipping.
I believe if it had been bubble wrapped and was more secure in the box it would have been perfect. Instead, it was chipped up and messed up.
It seems to be well made but I downgraded due the hitch due to damage while shipping.
Little more difficult to install than I expected but is perfect fit and look factory installed.

Still working fine. Only drawback is the threaded pin, which is a bit of a pain to take in and out. There should be a standard non-threaded pin option.
My hitch is great!!
Installed on a 2021 Trailblazer. The video was so much help. Only took about 90 minutes to install.
Took a long time to put on anna wish we could have picked up but did get it the next day
