The Draw Tite trailer hitch for my 2025 Prius XLE arrived well packaged and with all the parts required for installation. The instructions were great, although I used the online version as it is in color and easier
to make sense of. Some enlarging of two holes in the frame is required (I made sure to primer and paint (used black Rust-Oleum) around the enlarged part. I managed to finish the install by my self with the help of a jack stand to support the muffler, but two people will make the job easier. The instructions say to discard the middle trim piece, but I cut it down the middle and then trimmed the two pieces iteratively so it would fit around the receiver and the vertical plates of the hitch. All in all, an easy job, but time consuming if you are going to try and fit the middle fascia piece back on. Just the receiver sticks out under the bumper, the cross bar is hidden so it's a true "hidden hitch". Total cost delivered to me in SoCal was $212.40.
Installed it on my Prius in about 2 hours by myself. A second person to help lift it into place would have been handy but I managed it on my own. The instructions came with it but if you download them from Draw-Tite's website they're easier to read and the pictures are in color. The hardware package was complete. I'll be using it for a bike rack. I'm pleased with the hidden look and the installation process.
