Simple installation.
I installed this hitch on a 2021 Venza after confirming from etrailer the hitch was confirmed to fit. The hitch arrived from etrailer as described and on time. Great company! I am not a mechanic but pretty handy and I installed it in about 1 1/2 hours without any issues. I am totally impressed at what an exact fit it is and how easy it was to install. I will be using this hitch for my bike rack and bikes as I couldn’t anything but an activity mount from Toyota as they don’t recommend towing with this vehicle. But this hitch is the perfect product for my needs!
The connectors and instructions were good overall. Removing and installing the trim on the drivers side took longer then expected. The biggest problem I encountered was the rear door wouldn't close, it would beep twice and nothing. After trying various things to reset, to include restoring to original, with no avail. I gently closed the door by hand and then the auto lock engaged and issue was resolved. As expected the foot sensor doesn't work anymore, rarely used it anyway, turned off on the settings to prevent accidental opening.
This hitch doe not show (except for the hitch itself). I love the fact that it has a lifetime guarantee. It took only an hour to put on the car.

This has been a great hitch. I like the fact that it looks so clean on the car compared to what you see with U-Haul trailer hitches.
This trailer hitch receiver has performed extremely well. The installation has been perfect. I would highly recommend this hitch for anyone.
took hour and half to install, needed two floor jacks to press the hitch into place...the mounting brackets were just slightly curved inward more than required and thus would not slide into place. Even with crowfoot could not torque one bolt. The exhaust mount removal tool worked fantastically.
Hitch was excellent but the installation instructions were definitely lacking for anyone not familiar with auto interior trim.
It's possible to install alone but I would NOT recommend it.

I have ordered a number of trailer hitches for cars and I must say this one for the benzo was part of the easiest install I've ever done and everything worked perfect great company plus shipping to two days which I was very surprised how quick that showed up thank you very much
Installation was very straightforward, everything fit perfectly, and I was able to install it in about an hour. Please note that it’s much easier with an extra pair of hands to help hold the hitch in place while you are screwing in the bolts

This hitch was the perfect match for my new Toyota Venza. It was very easy to put on and would have gone quicker it I had paid attention to the instructions about removing the tow adapter on the rear passenger side.

Well engineered. Looks factory, no exposed tubing like many competitors. Went on a 2021 Toyota Venza. Install took about half hr.
Product package could be better to prevent scrapes/nicks which mine had. Did not bother me as it’s all hidden. Would recommend

This hitch works very well with my 2021 Toyota Venza. I had a body shop install it. It took 2 men to do it, but it only took an hour.
Item was exactly what they described it to be. Very heavy and very strong. Insulation does take time but can be done best to have a second person to help. Also a jack with wood would be recommended to thank you for your help in guidance

poor customer service for a product that was delivered damaged.
I received the hitch bent which I found out only after working on the install with my partner for a few hours and wondering why it wouldnt fit.
I called customer service who asked me to unbend the hitch myself. They provided online instructions to do so, however my attempts were unsuccessful mainly because I do not have the equipment. I also contacted the manufacturer (Draw-tite) and attempted to follow their instructions but could not straighten the hitch. I followed up with customer service at etrailer but I had to argue my way to ask for a free return label (wanted me to ship back a product that was damaged on arrival at my cost). Doesnt end here, the entire process to receive a replacement product will take about 2 or more weeks. My original order was shipped and delivered within 3 business day, which I was hoping to expect at the very least for the replacement so I can install the hitch without putting in additional time putting my car back together then apart again when the hitch arrives. I need my car for my commutes.
I am hoping customer service will be able to see this review and expedite the return as my car is set up perfectly for the install as it is right now.
Good price. Installed by a local auto mechanic. No problems after one year of use.
