I have a different option for you, but the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT82MR is not confirmed to fit your 2021 Toyota Venza Hybrid as it was designed for the Volkswagen Amarok.

For your vehicle you will need the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # DT46MR which will fit your Hybrid model just fine and gives a 525lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating.

If you are planning on towing a trailer with your Venza you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C57ER, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
