The hidden hitch and wiring harness looks to be of high quality. Hitch looks great on our 2013 Ford Edge.
I sold my truck so any trailer pulling will now be done by the Edge. I only pull a light trailer with a garden tractor etc.

installation was not badproduct installed easily, the instructions were helpfull, the bolts went throught the frame supprisingly easilly... all was a breaze, save 100+ $ on instilation
The box got to the house on a Friday and I was putting it together on Saturday morning. The video was very valuable and the written instructions were clear as well. It only took me 15 minutes longer than the suggested time mostly because I was taking my time. Great product and advise.

Fit PERFECT, bolts need a trimI just finished installing the unit on our 2007 Edge.
All the parts were there, but on my ford access to the rear frame openings were plugged, so i fished the bolts n from the outer side frames rails. The bolts included needed a tweak to shave one side of the head flange down so it would fit through the access hole.
Total time as 1 hr and 20 minutes. It was 20F outside so worked slow
I could have enlarged the frame hole, but it only took a minute to grind off a 1/8" off one side of the bolt.
The product is excellent and the installation videos on their website took all of the guesswork out of it for this "do it yourself-er". Ordering from etrailer.com could not have been easier. They shipped it out the very same day of my online order. I am very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.
This is a great hitch. Mounting it to my Ford Edge was pretty straight forward and only took about an hour. I would recommend this hitch to anyone.
I ordered the hidden hitch on Friday night ,and received it on the following wed. The on line video was really helpful. I knew exactly what to do when it arrived. A nice productI installed this by myself. I used a floor jack to hold it in place (a bit challenging).
I put it on a 2007 Ford Edge in order to use a bike rack carrier.
Was very easy to install! Was pleased with my whole experience from ordering to delivery! The video demo was exactly the way you have to install the hitch! This was my 1st time installing a hitch and was very simple and straight forward. Very happy!
