I checked with the trailer hitch manufacturers and can confirm there is one trailer hitch that is a fit for the 2021 Chrysler Pacifca, which is from Curt:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C29UR

This hitch (which does fit the 2020 model as well) has a 2" receiver and bolt right into the existing holes on your 2021 Pacifica so no drilling into your van's frame is required.

I have added a photo of this hitch on a Pacifica Hybrid as well so you can see how it will look on your van.
