Question:
Which hitch would you recommend for a 2013 Nissan NV 3500?
asked by: Amy K
Expert Reply:
I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class IV hitch, part # 75715. The hitch has a 7500 lb towing/1125 lb tongue weight capacity. If you're looking for a higher capacity Class IV hitch, go with the Curt Class IV hitch, # C14000. This hitch has a 10,000 lb towing/1000 lb tongue weight capacity, although you'll be limited by the towing capacity of the van if it's lower than the capacity of the hitch.
You might also need the following to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness, part # 118553
Ball mount, part # 40202
2 inch trailer ball, part # A-90
2-5/16 trailer ball, part # 19286
