We have a few trailer hitches available that are confirmed to fit your 2018 Nissan NV 2500. I specifically recommend the Curt Class IV # C14000 because it offers the highest weight capacities (10,000 pounds towing and 1,000 pounds tongue) indicating a stronger hitch and it is made right here in the USA. It will also use existing holes in the van's frame for a completely bolt-on (no-drill) installation.

I have attached an installation video that you can also use for reference. All the needed hardware is included.

If you are planning on doing some towing and don't yet have a wiring harness installed I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118553 because of its high amp capacity and Tekonsha's solid reputation for producing reliable and long-lasting electrical products. This custom harness will install by plugging into factory ports behind the driver and passenger side interior trim panels in the rear cargo area. It's then just a matter of running the hot lead up to the battery.
