The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13377 is confirmed to fit your 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. While drilling is not required for the mounting holes you may have to enlarge the access holes to get the square hole spacers into the frame with the fish wires.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C33HR will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is needed to connect to most small trailers that you may tow. It will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights on your Rogue. The Mounting Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way to the end of your receiver for easy access.
