Hi Alan,
The Class II hitches available for a 2023 Honda CR-V unfortunately aren't a fit for hybrid models but we do have a Class III hitch # C13397 that has been confirmed to fit. If you have an accessory that requires a 1-1/4" receiver tube then you can just use a reducer # e63YR.
If you plan on towing a trailer at some point you'll also need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741 to transfer your light signals.

Hi Alan, how did the Class III hitch work out on your CR-V Hybrid? Did the reducer give you the right fit for your accessory? Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same setup.
