Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13344 is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver actually comes with all of the fasteners needed for installation so nothing needs to be purchased separately. If you are missing these fasteners then you can obtain them with the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches part # RHK.
If you will be towing a trailer with your Oldsmobile Silhouette you will also need a trailer wiring harness, the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55355 and a ball mount/hitch ball, the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900. I have attached install videos on the above parts for you as well.
