The trailer hitches that are designed for a 1999 Blazer will not fit on a 2001 Chevrolet Astro van.
For the Astro I recommend the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch, part # 87516. This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2 inch receiver opening. There is no drilling needed when installing this hitch on the Astro.
