Yes, I checked with my contact at Curt Manufacturing and the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13344, will fit on your 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette.
This hitch will fit the Oldsmobile Silhouette from 1997 to 2005 and includes the models with rear heat and air conditioning.
