The most cost effective gooseneck trailer hitch we have for your 1999 Ford F-250 Long Bed is the Curt Overbed, Folding Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # C61332-52. The Curt 600 Series Gooseneck Installation Kit part # C60644 only fits the 2011 + models and it also does not come with the center section. If you already have a center section please just let me know what that is and I can see if the install kit/rails are available separately. For example, if you have part # C-52 the rails/kit for this are part # C61332 which does fit your 99 F-250.
