I AM LOOKING FOR A FOLDING GOOSE NECK HITCH WITHA 10 X 10 BOLT PATTERN TO REPLACE THE CURRENT 26 YEAR OLD HITCH. A 1010 INCH PATERRN WILL MAKE THE INSTOLLATION A SINCH USING THE OLD BOLT HOLE PATETERN. THANKS NEAL

Hey Neal. Whatever gooseneck hitch you currently have in your 1999 Ford F-350 I do not think we have anymore. I could not find any gooseneck hitch with a 10" x 10" bolt pattern. However, I found one extremely close. The closest comparable option we have in a folding ball gooseneck hitch is the Curt item # C61332-52.
The Curt item # C61332-52 has 6 mounting bolt holes. I have included an image with the measurements for this as the front to back mounting holes are 9-3/4" on center while the side to side bolts are 10" on center.
If this is what you have you can purchase just the center section and hardware with the Center Section for Curt Folding Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # C-52. The item # C61332-52 is the full kit with the frame brackets.

The hitch is well worn and has been very useful. I will remeasure and look for some sort of stamp on the hitch.
