Snap-Loc E Track - SL76AR

  • E Track Straps
  • 9 Feet Long
  • 4000 lbs
  • Snap-Loc
  • 2 Inch Wide

Rope, nets, tarps, and standard cargo straps do not always have E-track fittings. This 9" adapter strap snaps into your E-track and adds a steel D-ring, giving existing tie-down gear a familiar attachment point with a 1,467-lb WLL.

Highlights

  • Add a Tie-Down Point to E-Track: D-ring fitting clips into Snap-Loc or E-track for straps, rope, nets, or tarps.
  • Give Hooks and Rope a Larger Connection Point: D-ring opening accepts cargo-control gear beyond E-track fittings.
  • Keep the Anchor Short and Flexible: 9" polyester strap bridges the E-track fitting and steel D-ring.
  • Secure up to 1,467 lbs WLL: 10-gauge steel and polyester webbing pair with a 4,400-lb break strength.

Features to know about

Turn an E-Track Slot into a D-Ring

Not every strap, rope, net, or tarp uses an E-track fitting. This 9" strap clips into your Snap-Loc or E-track and gives you a steel D-ring as the connection point instead. Your existing cargo-control gear can attach to the ring while the E-track fitting handles the connection to the track.

Keep Some Flex Between the Track and Load

The D-ring sits at the end of a 2" wide polyester strap instead of directly against the track. That short webbing section gives your tie-down point room to move with the direction of the strap or rope while the 10-gauge steel fitting stays locked into E-track.

Specs

Dimensions and Capacity:

  • Overall strap dimensions: 9" long x 2" wide
  • D-ring inside dimensions: 2" along the straight and 1-1/2" at center of the curve
  • Maximum load (break strength): 4,400 lbs
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 1,467 lbs

Warranty:

  • 1-Year limited

Note:

Tie-down anchors must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the anchors being used. For example, if you are using anchors with a WLL of 100 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 400 lbs, then you need at least 4 anchors to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use anchors in pairs.

Video Transcript for Review of Snap-Loc E Track - E Track D-Ring Tie-Down Strap - SL76AR

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Snap-Loc E-Track D-Ring Tie-Down Strap. So, if you already have E-Track on your trailer, truck, van, this will give you a quick way to turn one of those track slots into a more traditional D-ring attachment point and also give you a little bit of length to get out from around it. So, this can be helpful when the strap, rope, or bungee you want to use doesn't have an E-Track fitting and you need that extra space to kind of bump out around some larger items, maybe. You can simply clip this in your track, and now you have that D-ring to work with a wide variety of hooks and straps. So, again, this attaches right into your basic E-Track.

You got a nice short section here of two-inch wide polyester webbing. So, two inches this way. Overall, the webbing itself is about 7 1/2 inches. And then overall from the back to the end of the D-ring, about 10 inches as far as the lengths go. So, everything here that's steel is also zinc-plated for corrosion resistance.

So, it's gonna last for years and years. The webbing is polyester. And as you can see, everything is nice and stiff many, many times for safety. This has a 4,400-pound brake strength, but the important number we're looking at is what's called the safe working load limit and that's 1,467 pounds. (strap clattering) Folks, that's going to wrap up our quick look together at the Snap-Loc D-Ring Tie-Down Strap.

I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
