Snap-Loc E Track - SL58AR

  • E Track Straps
  • 16 Feet Long
  • 2000 lbs
  • Snap-Loc
  • 2 Inch Wide

When you want tension without a ratchet, this 16' E-track cam strap gives you a direct pull-and-lock setup. E-track ends connect to the track, while the soft loop helps tighten the strap and protects gear at the contact point.

Highlights

  • Pull Cargo Tight without a Ratchet: Cam buckle grips the 2" strap after you pull out the slack.
  • Connect Directly to E-Track: Two E-track ends attach to Snap-Loc anchors or standard E-track (each sold separately).
  • Protect Gear with a Soft Tie-Down: Built-in loop can wrap around your gear instead of placing metal against it.
  • Control the Extra Strap: Hook-and-loop ties wrap up excess webbing after your load is secured.
  • Secure up to 833 lbs WLL: 2,500-lb break strength pairs with an 833-lb safe working load limit.

Features to know about

Pull the Strap Tight and Let the Cam Hold It

The built-in soft loop gives you a solid handhold for pulling your 16' strap through the cam buckle, while the buckle locks onto the webbing once the slack is out. E-track fittings at both ends connect to Snap-Loc anchors or standard E-track (each sold separately), giving your cargo a direct connection to the track system.

Keep Metal Hardware off Sensitive Gear

The loop end can also wrap around your gear as a soft tie-down where you don't want a metal fitting at the contact point. Hook-and-loop ties gather the excess webbing after tightening, keeping the unused length wrapped up around your secured load.

Specs

Dimensions and Capacity:

  • Strap dimensions: 2" wide x 16' long
  • Maximum load (break strength): 2,500 lbs
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 833 lbs

Warranty:

  • 1-Year limited

Note:

Tie-down anchors must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the anchors being used. For example, if you are using anchors with a WLL of 100 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 400 lbs, then you need at least 4 anchors to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use anchors in pairs.

Video Transcript for Review of Snap-Loc E Track - E Track Straps - SL58AR

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at our Snap-Loc E-Track cam strap tie down. So folks, if you're securing lighter cargo and you don't necessarily need the mechanical advantage of a ratchet strap, this gives you a quicker and simpler way to hold that gear in place. So instead of working a ratchet back and forth, this uses a cam buckle. So I want to show you how this looks when it's wound up. That way I don't have to do it for you in the video later, right But that's what it looks like wound up.

And then again, you have the nice cam buckle here. And here's the other reason I wanted to show you this. So this hook and loop stays in place. And as you can see, sometimes it can be a little tricky to get this unwound. And like I said, we like to try to show you stuff just the way it is and not hide anything.

So to me, that can be a little frustrating at times. Again, it is permanently stitched into place, but it is a nice thing when you are strapping everything up, when you're done, winding everything back up and keeping it in place. So again, I got the cam buckle here. I got the spring-loaded part here. I can pull everything tight and then when I get it tight, it's not moving, right And then both ends have the E-Track clips.

And then obviously if you had this hooked around something, like I said, you don't need that mechanical advantage. You just need something to really hold it in place, in this case so our toolbox isn't rolling around, falling over, and those kind of things. So this will work great. You do also have, again, that built-in loop here. So you can use that if you need to as far as putting everything away.

And then you have the loop over here as well in the webbing. So if you need to use this loop for some reason, maybe you need to put the whole thing through it or whatnot, you have that option as well. This is a two-inch wide strap with a 2,500 pound break strength, but the important number is the working load limit and that's 833 pounds. And again, once you get it all tight, it ain't going nowhere. Everything that's steel here is zinc plated as well. So that zinc coating's gonna keep everything from rusting and corroding anytime soon. Folks, that's going to wrap up our look at the Safe-Loc two inch by 16 foot long E-Track cam strap tie down. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.

all items ordered shipped and received quickly. very well packaged. I have yet to install the components of the etrack cargo control system in my trailer. but looking forward to using them..

by:

I use this strap to hold down equipment during transport for my concession trailer. It works great along with my e-track system.

by:

Great straps for going around large objects to secure them. Would like to see some 4' straps for smaller items. Service from Etrailer was outstanding.

by:

Tracks work good but the straps I got are terrible. They only pull up snug, you can’t ratchet them down tight. The straps work loose quite often and I have to reattach them. I would not buy them again.

by:

Worked great to secure my motos using the E-Track, also from Etrailer, in my vintage '84 toy hauler. Thanks again for your comprehensive selection of helpful stuff and excellent prompt service.

by:

Etrailer supplied the equipment I needed at a great price and shipped the the northwest coast with on days from when I placed the order.
All the e-track hardware and equipment was in stock and arrived packaged very well with no shipping damage.
The e-track is heavy duty, much more than I had expected and it was easy to install.
Looking forward to upgrading my trailer even more from etrailer.

Thanks again!
