Can the e track bracket turn sideways to work with the track running vertical?

I recommend installing the CargoSmart Horizontal or Vertical X-Track # 3481788 to be able to utilize the CargoSmart Shelf Brackets # 3481726.
You will not be able to turn the brackets sideways to install a shelf. The mounts do not have the strength to hold a shelf in that orientation.
