Question:
Hi, The left signal works, but neither the right signal nor right hazard works. This is a plug and play unit, what could the problem be? a fuse? Malfunctioning unit?

If the right blinker and hazard works normally on the vehicle, then it's unlikely that it's a fuse that's blown. I would start by using a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 and checking for power on the port of the 4 way plug on your Curt # C55106 where the green wire is connected; if you're getting power on that circuit with the blinker activated, the issue is going to be on the trailer. If you're not getting power on the harness when the blinker is activated then there will be an issue with the harness.
If the issue is on the harness you'll want to unplug it first and make sure that nothing is damaged on the inside of the plug. If everything checks out and there is still no power, you'll have to trace back the green wire on the vehicle to make sure that there is no damage on that wire.
If there is power, you'll want to trace back the green wire from the trailer side wiring harness and check for damage on that wire; it would also be wise to check the ground wire on the trailer to make sure that it is connected to a rust free spot on the trailer. If everything checks out on the trailer wiring, and it's still not functioning correctly, please let me know and I can continue to help you troubleshoot this; there are a couple of other things I can have you look at.
I've also linked one of our helpful articles on trailer wiring that you might want to refer to during these steps.
