You have a great eye. If you have the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum and Fiberglass # BAK72126 already installed on your short-bed 2020 Chevy Colorado, the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum # A4000950 is an amazing choice (and it is the one I would recommend if you did not mention beforehand). First off, with the Adarac Pro series, you have the ability to slide the bases forward and backward to get a customized crossbar spread. Also, since the supports of the Pro Series stand straight up, there won't be any rubbing when you fold the F1 open or closed. Most other ladder racks have bases that slant inward toward the bed that causes rubbing issues.

As far as the height of the crossbars, I unfortunately do not have your cab's specific height specs. However, I confirmed with Agricover (the makers of Adarac) that the top of the crossbars measure 24 inches high from the top of the bed caps. In order to factor in that length, I recommend measuring 24 inches from the top of your bed caps in order to get the total height to make sure it fits underneath your 7-foot garage.

As far as the Hull-A-Port, I assume that you are talking about the folding model # TH849000 instead of the fixed model # TH834 since you are concerned about garage clearance. The # TH849000 definitely fits the Adarac Pro via the channel mounts in the top of the crossbars. It is important to note that the down-folded # TH849000 adds an additional 4-1/4 inches of height to your Adarac setup.
