Question:

I bought a 2nd Hullavator and Evo cross bars, but ome of Store imstallers is telling me I should check the weight capacity first? Will the rack hold 2 Hulavatos and 2 kayak is 50 Lbs each?

I do have an option for you but Thule has advised in the past against using two Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs part # TH898 together due to both space and weight concerns. The carriers themselves weigh around 40 lbs each so once you add this up with the kayaks you'll likely be over the roof's weight capacity which is usually around 165 lbs. Furthermore, the carriers require 28.5" of space per unit so you'd need a minimum of 57" long crossbars to fit both units on the roof. Instead, we recommend one Hullavator and one Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier part # TH849000.
