Hey Michael, it sounds like you are looking for a kayak carrier that can attach to the top channels of the Front Runner Roof Rack for RSI Double Cap Smart Truck Bed Canopy # FR96FV which we do have that with the Thule Hull-A-Port part # TH849000 which comes with hardware to attach to the top channels of the Front Runner bars.
