So the tow bar is gonna be one of the five major components that you're gonna need to set up your truck to get flat towed down the road. The other four are gonna include your baseplate, your safety cables, your tow bar wiring, and your supplemental braking system. Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar on a 2021 Ford F-150. Now, there's five main components required for a flat towing of vehicle. And starting on the vehicle's side, you're gonna have a base plate, and this is gonna attach to a secure part of the vehicle. In this case, this replaces our tow hooks and bolts directly to the frame of the vehicle, creating a nice mounting point for our tow bar. And our tow bar is gonna be the connection point between the base plate and the hitch on the RV. Now, on your base plate, you also have tabs for your safety cables, and these are just gonna make sure that everything stays together just in case of an accidental disconnect.
