Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount for 2" Trailer Hitches
Fits our VW Touareg perfectly and allows us to tow a variety of things now. As can be seen in the pictures the hitch has a +5-inch gap between the bumper and the vertical adjustment pillar and the trailer itself is out further so there's enough room to get to the rear hatch and maneuver the vehicle/trailer.
I needed a hitch that I could haul my work trailer with and still drop the tailgate without dropping the trailer. I looked on etrailer and found one that would work barely but decided to call etrailer and see if anyone had any ideas. Steve answered and looked after I told him my requirements and came up with this. This has a longer distance from ball to pin by a few inches compared to the one I found so my tailgate will still drop even if I’m at an angle to my trailer or on a hill. Also with the adjustable height it’s great. Awesome hitch. Solid for a good price. ??

Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 9" Long - 7.5K
To be honest, I use it upside down. I needed a hitch with rise, but none were available at time of purchase, and yours, inverted, works perfectly! The welds are regularly checked and remain all secure. It's a good hitch.
Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.

Rapid Hitch Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount Kit w/ 2 Zinc Balls - 5-1/2" Drop
I've used the hitch over the last year on several trailers and loads. The adjustability made towing a much better feel and ride over a fixed hitch that at times not the greatest. I see no wear, very easy to adjust even once coupled to the trailer and finding the trailer needs to be leveled better.
Works flawlessly. I was very excited the day I got home and my Rapid hitch was on the front porch. It came in nice box and was packaged very well. I opened it up and unpacked my rapid hitch and I was very impressed with the quality and precision of this hitch. All of the machining was PERFECT and everything fit together right. I put it in my truck right away. Going down the road with the trailer on and off there is absolutely no rattles, clunks, or jolts. I also love how everything is aluminum or stainless steel, NO RUST. I wish I could've gotten the greaseless model but my boat is too heavy. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with locking pins. With a hitch this expensive I really wish it came with them. Do yourself a favor and order them with your rapid hitch so you don't have to pay for shipping in the future. Other than that great product and I believe it will outlast me.

Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 8-1/2" Long - 7.5K
Strong and seems to be well made and well finished. One-inch ball mounting hole. I used this for a Curt hitch mounted on a 2014 Forester and pulls a small Harbor Freight trailer. Perfect height and trailer is level. Warning - don't get their hitch pin, it does not have a hole for a cotter pin, only a weak clip that I would not trust.
I searched the internet to put a hitch on my 2016 Chevy Equinox and found an instructional video from eTrailer.com where they installed on my exact car. I decided to go with eTrailer.com because they answered all my questions and because of the video-I support businesses that go the extra mile with these videos. Shipping was quick and well tracked, however, the box was flimsy and the one end of the hitch had come out of the box side and the ball mount could have easily come out of that hole during shipping. If I were eTrailer.com I'd charge an extra couple of bucks for more sturdy boxes-people will still buy as eTrailer is a well-trusted brand and this would overcome a lot of the negative reviews you'll see on their site about this shipping issue in their own reviews :-) I installed the hitch by myself (definitely recommend help as two people holding it up to the frame makes attaching 100% easier) in about 45 minutes total (out of the box, read instructions, review video again and installation complete). All hardware went on with no issues. Great quality hitch! I also bought the lesser expensive wiring assembly because most recent equinox's come hitch ready with pre-wired assembly in the left side compartment-snap and done. Picked up a new trailer at Home Depot within days and drove 5 feet and the clacking was horrible. I had always had a welded hitch before buying a hitch that took a ball mount. I really thought something was wrong and when I searched the internet that night it turns out this is very common. However, all you need is some sort of hitch "silencing" device. The number of options will drive you mad but I went with the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch and it did the trick for much less than most of the other options. If I were eTrailer.com I'd have that as one of the RECOMMENDED add-ons and explanation why its super-worthy when customers are buying a hitch. Would have saved me the time and hassle of dealing with it later and the extra shipping charge for buying after the fact when I got free shipping for the other items the first time :-) All in all, I'm super, super happy with my hitch, wiring assembly, ball mount, ball mount locking pin and the hitch silencer. Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2" Receiver for Bike Racks and Cargo Carriers - 7,500 lbs
We sold our small motor home and purchased a small travel trailer. This hitch provided a perfect solution to how to use our bike rack while towing the trailer. It even allows room for the pickup tailgate to be lowered without removing the bikes from the rack. The hitch is very hefty with a high weight limit - plenty for the GVW of the trailer (7,000#) plus 125# of rack and bikes.
This has been an amazing multipurpose ball mount. We purchased this to use with our Hollywood Bike Rack and also to connect onto our boat. We weren't sure if this would work, but it was awesome. It is very well built and We had to make some minor adjustments to the position of our boat on the trailer so the turning radius of the bike rack that was attached would clear the truck. This is very well made and solid.

Hidden Hitch Ball Mount - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 15-3/4" Long - 6,000 lbs
Very happy with this ball mount - provides just the amount of drop we required for a level tow of our GeoPro travel trailer by our RAM2500. Plus, the extra length not only allows a tighter turning radius, but also allows us to lower the truck tailgate without having to detach the trailer. Huge improvement on all accounts for us compared to our prior setup. The product is well built and I'm confident will provide us years of good use.
Great customer service. Live in SC - ordered a hitch and USPS delivered it to PUERTO RICO. Go figure. Stacey A refunded my money - but 2 weeks later hitch appeared on my doorstep. All’s well that ends well.

Great solid forged Ball mount!

Curt Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
Purchased this hitch as a companion for our Reese anti sway control. The small ball for the Reese sway control fits in the bracket and the 2” drop on the hitch is exactly what we needed to have our Jayco camper level when towing.
I cannot use this ball mount because the shaft is too short that goes into hitch receiver on my one ton Dodge truck. It does not allow enough room between truck back bumper and ball to allow any trailer tongue to be put on ball.

Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 1" Rise, 2-1/4" Drop - 7-5/8" Long - 7,500 lbs
This is a great all-purpose hitch. I've used it to mount a heavy-duty bike rack and a steel T-rack to carry a canoe as well as lumber. Most recently I hauled 5 x 8 cargo trailers full of plants, then furniture for a 600-mile move. It was simple to use, problem free, very strong and sturdy. Now that I live on some acreage, I see a trailer in my future, so this will get a lot more use. I drive a 2013 Tacoma, so this is a good size hitch at a good price with sufficient capacity for my needs. I do use a key lock for the hitch as well.
I actually got my hitch the date they said it would be here to my surprise. When the box arrived it was pretty much beat up, not the hitch just the box. I wished there was instructions how to install it. Overall very satisfied and will buy from 5hem again

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10,000 lbs
My usage of your hitch is a bit unusual, I think. I pull a two ton roller with my Ram and I've used your cushioned hitch to smooth out the process. The roller Lunette just dropped over a 2" ball and then banged and jerked on the ball neck. Check out the photos for my adaptation.. I can flip it over and use the 2" ball! Have enclosed some photos. The cushion is holding up very well and it takes a beating!! Thanks
We have a Pink Tractor (google Mom's Pink Tractor) that we pull to events, mainly in Ks, Ok, Mo, and Ne. We have around 35 events a year we take the tractor to to promote breast cancer awareness. The other day my wife and I were leaving for an event, i had let a friend borrow the hitch to see how he liked it. In less then a mile from the house my wife started complaining about the trailer jerking. That is coming from a lady that really was upset when I paid that much for a hitch. She told me to stop and buy one. (a long and expensive trip, we had to stop at a casino so she could rest her neck) I could write a review with a lot of trailer talk, but, this story tells the story.

Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs
I have two of these. My first I bought two years ago. I very highly recommend this Curt Class III Ballmount 2" Drop because of its price, durability and quality. I towed various class 3 loads with ease and confidence with this ballmount. It slides into the hitch and does its job without fail. It looks excellent after towing a load. etrailer's price is about as good as it gets and delivery is very speedy.
The hitch and ball mount are excellent quality. My concerns are twofold. The hitch is so heavy that I had to take it to my mechanic to have it installed. Minor cost and inconvenience, but the hitch for my previous F-150 was just as sturdy, but easy to install myself (albeit with higher ground clearance). My concern about the ball mount is that the factory told me erroneously that it could not be reversed for a drop, so I returned it. This order is for the replacement after I was finally correctly told it could be reversed and how to do that. Ball mount would have been a 3 for that reason, and overall hitch and ball mount quality a 5. So I averaged them.

Rapid Hitch Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount Kit w/ 2 Greaseless Balls - 4" Drop or Rise
Great fit and finish looking forward to the first tow with it.
This is a must have for full-time trailer hauling. No ball grease needed. Easy to adjust for a level trailer, smooth towing. I increased my trailer tires to light duty truck tires (a little taller tire), for heaver loads & ease of mind to haul at 75 mph speed. This hitch allow me to fine tune the trailer ball height for best setup on my heavy duty Toyota Tundra truck.

Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 10,000 lbs
Love these. This is my third one. Wouldnt pull a trailer with anything else. Trannys are expensive.
As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. You beat the local discount RV store by $25 including shipping. At the same time, I had another outfit send me a clearly inferior product to the one they displayed. Said they would e-mail a pre-paid shipping label for the return (didn't) and tried to put the blame on Amazon. Thanks etrailer for a great experience !

Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 5" Rise - 6" Drop - 17,000 lbs
Great hitch’s. Very heavy duty and e trailer is wonderful to work with. Ordered wrong size no problem with return replacement sent out the next day. I should’ve read the sizes. Lol
This is one solid hitch. Bought the hitch to pull about 5000 lbs. there's no doubt in my mind that it can handle it.

B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Chrome
I have a number of different box and flatbed trailers that I tow with my 2015 Ram 1500 and this hitch provides me both balls that I need and the ability of changing the ball's height. The design coimes in two and three ball models with several rise/drop ranges and drawbar sizes to fit about any vehicle.
My hitch arrived on time and packaged up perfectly I was notified along the way so I knew when it would be arriving. Great quality American made product. Looks almost too nice to be a trailer hitch you can tell the company put some time into the design and manufacturing of this hitch. Simple and easy to stow I probably won’t need to buy another hitch for a long long time but if I did it would be another BW hands down

B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 3" Drop, 3-1/2" Rise - 10K - Chrome
Excellent make sure you order the anti rattle with it. I used 2 on my Ford F-150 worked perfect
I love it, tucks up out of the way when not in use. I use it to pull my 30 ft travel trailer or my atv trailer. Need to keep it greased up or the pond get a little hard to pull out sometimes

Brophy Ball Mount for 2" Hitch - 3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 13-1/4" Long - 10,000 lbs
First order for this item came up missing in transit. I called etrailer and seen the part was missing. The very nice lady on the phone gave me the option for full refund or replacement. The part was very important to me and I needed it asap. It was sent out and got it in a few days.THANK YOU etrailer I will order more parts from you
Great extended hitch. Very solid. Allowed room to drop tailgate while trailer attached due to built in trailer jack.

Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitch - 5" Rise, 6" Drop - 9-1/2" Long - 12,000 lbs
I got this to Flat Tow my Jeep in the near future. I needed the 5" rise and now the tow bar is almost parallel to the ground. Although the etrailer.com site said this was an economy unit, I am very impressed with the look and feel of the unit. It handles up to 12,000lbs! Nothing economy about it except the very fair price!!! The pictures and video, along with the measurements helped ensure the fit would be perfect and it is! I got a 1" rise ball good for 6000lbs to make the tow bar perfectly parallel. Thanks etrailer I will always shop etrailer first when looking for this type of equipment.
I bought a new truck with twice the towing capacity of my SUV. I needed a 6" drop instead of my original 3" drop, so I bought one with a 12,000 capacity. Very nice.
