Well built. Make sure you buy the pin separately, as it does not come with the receiver - which I thought would make sense.

The trailer hitch ball mount fits great. The floor mats for on the 2016 Honda Odyssey fits nicely and the color choice turn out nice.

Love the hitch, ball mount, ball and wiring harness. All were a breeze to install.

I have had absolutely no issues with this product, or for that matter, any of the products I have purchased from etrailer... wish they made more of the products I use. love the Youtube instructional videos too. Thanks for selling a great product and having great customer service

I'll start off with the great customer service, called a rep for assistance and did a great job. He walked me through everything for about 5 minutes. Then I proceeded to order parts at a very reasonable price. Shipping was right on time and tracking was top notch. Now for the parts I received. Trailer hitch receiver was built like a tank, and very easy to install. I didn't even have to take off the whole bumper which I see on your website. There is only one problem with this hitch receiver. Zip ties to hold the facia bracket? It's like putting a $10 paint job on a Rolls Royce. I'm sure you have a good R&D department, but this is unacceptable. I could tell you how to make this better but I'm not part of your team. Could be solved by putting a ___ on the ______. R&D should be smart enough and paid well to figure this out. No offense but they can do better. ??ZIP TIES?? Also, it is pitched with a cap but did not receive that. I also purchased A brake controller P3 and a ball hitch. The ball hitch is pictured wrong on your website. It's pictured with an adjustable ball hitch. This is what really wanted but got something entirely different. If it works, I'll be fine with it. I should have caught that, but my eyes adjusted on the adjustable ball hitch. P3 brake controller was very easy to install, about 5 minutes. On a closing note, I will order from etrailer again. Thanks for your business. Just please listen to your customers and fix these problems. Everything and everybody are not perfect. Thanks again.

Excellent 2" ball mount. I have one of these for every vehicle that I use for towing.

Feels great in hand, but I won't be using it. For my 2006 Odyssey I need a 4" lift so my brother has already claimed it. Made in the USA.

I have never regretted ordering through etrailer. As always, this order arrived precisely on-time. The wiring for trailer lights proceeded exactly as expected. The online video describing the installation was very helpful with no surprises encountered while following the instruction. Don't forget to order a hitch pin. Surprisingly, it wasn't included with the drawbar.

The bar was exactly as I expected, but there were two deep dings that penetrated the paint and actually deformed the underlying metal. Disappointing as this is, knowing that it will probably develop rust prematurely while in use, I decided to not go through the hassle of requesting a replacement unit.

Very please with the purchase. Solid construction and raised the overall height of the receiver hitch on my Honda Odyssey with added ground clearance. Excellent service/shipping from eTrailer as usual.

We sold our small motor home and purchased a small travel trailer. This hitch provided a perfect solution to how to use our bike rack while towing the trailer. It even allows room for the pickup tailgate to be lowered without removing the bikes from the rack. The hitch is very hefty with a high weight limit - plenty for the GVW of the trailer (7,000#) plus 125# of rack and bikes.

This was part of the entire "Hitch System" I ordered for eTrailer. Everything fit together without any problems. Feel to this particular part is heavy and well over-designed to ensure performance and safety. Very confident that it will last long after the vehicle it is connected to is gone.

This long-shaft ball mount enabled me to fully insert and pin the shaft and get the rise I needed for towing level a Yakima Trailer by a 2015 Honda Odyssey. The typical, shorter shaft was not long enough for complete insertion and pinning of the shaft because the welded on arm-support piece hit the bumper.

The Extra Long Ball Mount proved useful immediately upon receipt. Delivery was prompt, and the updates from etrailer.com helped plan transport of several bicycles, simultaneously with a camper trailer. The extended length facilitated use with a Swagman bicycle rack, also purchased via etrailer.com. The product arrived in excellent condition, with correct capacity rating, and works perfectly, and in conjunction with the bicycle rack. I recommend purchases from etrailer.

Works great for my lifted truck. The cushion part of it works great, not so much loosness in that area felt any longer.

I purchased this Curt Ball mount 10-1/4" because I also bought ball hitch mounted mud flaps and my existing hitch was too short.This hitch was maybe a little too long, but it should work.I hope this combination will protect my horse trailer from my nasty gravel roads!

With good information from the website it was easy to order a Curt 2" Trailer Hitch, the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit w/ 4-Pole Connector and Circuit Tester - 119178KIT, Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches (3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10-1/4" Long - 7,500 lbs - D-4), Curt Pin and Clip Hitch Receiver - C21500, Rubber Tube Cover for 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers - I-728,Review, and 2" hitch ball 40038. Parts were delivered earlier than the initial estimate. Self installation (on a sloped drive way) took just under 2 hour. The fit of parts was very good, instructions and on-line video's were very helpful. My Kia did not have the wire plug in option, but the splice connections in the wire kit were easy to install. Most of the parts are hidden from view when the ball mount is not used.

I hooked up the draw bar today for the first time to the trailer that I built and the hitch I installed. The draw bar uses a cotter pin that slides on the bolt rather than going through a hole to mount the bar to the hitch. I have never used a sliding on pin in anything - I've only used those that go through a small hole matching the pin. This includes my farm tractor and other tools. I hope it is secure because it does slide on easily. The bar itself appears nice and strong.

We used our car hitch and cargo carrier last summer in a Honda Accord to support a cargo carrier. It held up great on a 4,000 mile camping/hiking trip from Mid Missouri to Glacier National Park, MT. We were able to use the carrier/hitch to carry our large tents and baggage (approx 120#)directly behind our car trunk. Initially I was a little hesitant at the smaller 1-1/4" tube hitch, but it was very stable throughout the long trip. Sure was a lot less drag than putting all our gear on a roof cargo carrier.

Arrived today. Fast shipping, and thank you for that! Seems to be a quality ball mount. Just what I needed to get the ball lower to tow my trailer. With this, now the top of the ball is at 16" where it needs to be. Custom built receiver on my old moving box van. Just need to weld on safety chain slots and paint it. Can't drop the lift gate with the receiver in (its pinned on both sides), but hey....I can tow now.

It's the only 12" drop hitch I could find anywhere. I didn't need the polymer vibration absorption feature (which basically doubles the price from a standard drop hitch), but I needed this for a specific application, so I had to shell out the extra money for it. Seems very well made and strong. Time will tell!

Fits snug with the built-in tapers. Seems sturdy. Hopefully will last a long time.

I ordered this extra length ball mount to keep the back end of my Honda Odyssey out of the water when I launched my boat. It does exactly what I wanted. It connects with the hitch I purchased from etrailer last year. Going to etrailer was my first step when I realized I needed additional length. Very convenient kit. Nice to have the locking pin and receiver cover. I reversed to the 2" rise position since my 2016 Honda Odyssey already sits low to the ground.

Great purchase experience. eTrailer has this convenient package of ball and hitch already torqued together, AND includes a locking pin in addition to the normal cotter pin! Website is clear on details of package, contents, and dimensions of each component. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I neeed to pull a trailer with my 2019 GMC Yukon. I found Etrailer.com and followed the instructions on determining the drop of the hitch, the instructions were spot on. I hooked up my trailer to my Yukon today, all was level and worked perfectly. I had driven around to Napa, Lowe’s, Home Depot and Walmart, and nobody had the 9” drop hitch I needed. Came back to Etrailer, bought the 2” ball and pin, and the Curt 9” drop hitch. I received the items quickly. Great website, Thanks, Craig
