Question:

Hi I purchased this part for a 2021 ford bronco and it doesn’t fit as shown in the instructions or description. But it does fit just looping over the actual tow hooks. Can I use it this way.

The Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C59JR can not be used in the fashion you have pictured. Not only is it unsafe but it wouldn't connect to the tow bar the way you have it. Based on your picture it looks like you do not have the modular bumper and will need a different baseplate to be able to flat tow your 2021 Bronco.

If you have the standard bumper then you'll need the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM79RR.
