If you're tired of fighting your bunks every time you load and unload your boat, these slides cut drag and self-center your boat so it loads straight and smooth. This 8-piece kit is pre-formed to quickly cover two 8' bunks.
This kit includes (4) 3' slides and (4) 1' end sections that lock together around your bunk boards. The pre-formed, interlocking design creates a seamless surface while making installation super simple with no trimming required. Once you strip the carpet from your bunks and assemble these, you'll get a fit that looks polished and professional.
Unlike carpeted bunks, the slick polyvinyl surface of these slides drastically cuts down drag, so you won't have to fight with your boat to get it onto your trailer at the ramp. Because it doesn't hold grit, you'll have less chance of scuffs or scratches to your hull. Neighbors say these will make your boat go on and off your trailer like a hot knife through butter, but they aren't so slick that your boat shifts around on its own. At the ramp, a light push will get it started, and off into the water your boat will go. Not only will your trailer look sharp, it will perform well every time you head to the ramp, while also being gentle on your boat.
Traditional carpet traps water, rots your bunk boards, and needs frequent replacing, but these polyvinyl slides are made for marine life. They hold up against sun, salt, and repeated use without breaking down as fast as carpet does. The stainless steel screws resist rust and, unlike carpet, the molded design doesn't fray. You'll get years of reliable use without needing replacement, which means more time enjoying the water and less time worrying about maintenance.
With four 3' center sections and four 1' end pieces, this kit fully outfits two 8', 2x6 bunks so you don't have to figure out how many sections or feet of material you need. The self-centering shape naturally funnels your boat into position, reducing crooked loading and keeping your boat straight as it comes onto the trailer. If you've spent any time with your carpeted bunks making adjustments to align your boat or cranking your winch just to get loaded, you can be sure these slides will cut down on that effort so you can spend more of your energy out on the water. It's a complete, one-and-done upgrade that makes every trip to the ramp easier.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Tie Down white marine modular slides for your boat trailer bunks. Now, if you find yourself loading and unloading your boat quite a bit on your trailer, these slides are going to make your life a whole lot easier. They're going to mount onto your trailer's bunks and they're gonna give you a nice slick surface, which means your boat is going to literally glide on and off instead of being dragged down or sticking against carpeted bunks. Now, I do have them laid out here as best as I can.
I didn't have enough length here to also include the end caps at the end here, so they're just off to the side here. But what you're going to get here are enough slides to cover two 2-inch x 6-inch x 8-foot long boards. So these are going to work with your 2 x 6 boards that are 8 feet long. Now, I wanna give you a slightly different angle, possibly a little bit of a closer view here. These do have interlocking sections here that's going to allow these panels to connect and interlock.
That's why they're called. That's why they're identified as being modular. So it's going to give you a seamless, secure connection and the modular design is going to ensure a stable, reliable platform. I'm just gonna get these two here. I'm going to take this end piece here and this middle section here and try to show this on camera here, how this is going to work as best as I can.
So I think you can see that. So that's going to be the idea there, how they're going to interlock like that. And I'm just gonna lock this one back into place here. So I mean, it really should be a simple installation. As you can see, these are already preformed as well.
So this modular design is going to allow your boat to slide up and down your trailer very easily. You're going to get four 3 foot-long sections that are here in the middle. And I have those sections connected here in the middle. So 1, 2, 3, 4, 3 foot-long sections, and then four 1 foot-long end sections. And if you notice, it's got a really nice finish there, like an ending, or end cap if you will, there on those end pieces there to give it a nice finished look and help with getting your boat loaded up or unloaded as well. So those are the sections you're going to get along with stainless steel screws to get these mounted into place. And they are shaped in such a way that they're gonna naturally guide the hull of your boat towards the middle of the trailer bunks while you're loading, and instead of your boat drifting off to the side or riding up crooked, the pattern is really going to help keep your boat centered. And I know it's white and it can get blown out there. I'm gonna try to show you the pattern there that's going to be there. So these are considered self-centering slides, so it's gonna help keep your boat centered as you're loading it up. These are designed for marine environments, so they're gonna hold up really well against the elements. They're not gonna rot. They're not gonna wear down like carpet. You're not gonna have to be constantly worrying about replacing them or anything like that. Now, we do have other slides available from other manufacturers here at etrailer.com, but what sets Tie Down apart from some of the other manufacturers that we carry, at least in my opinion, is again, the preformed design. Some of the other slides that we carry, they're sheets or strips, something like that. So you actually have to wrap that around the board and then strap them down to hold on the board and then screw 'em on. With this, you're not gonna have to do that. These are going to fit right over that 2 x 6 board and then you'll just use the screws to get it into place. So that's one of the main features that I really like about Tie Down. The other is their self-centering design by helping you keep the hull of the boat centered as you're loading that up. So those are the two features, at least for me, that are standouts from Tie Down that some of the other competitors that we carry here don't have in regards to features. So obviously this is in white, but we do also carry this set in black. Everything's gonna be exactly the same except the color. So if you prefer the black set on your screen, I'm including our item number there. You can just take that number, pop it in the search field of our website. That will take you to the black versions and you can add that to your order instead. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. If you happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to give us a ring. We do wanna be sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need. Thank you for joining me.
