The Replacement Shank # C45917 is for the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount # C45902 which has a 5-1/4" rise/6" drop.
I reached out to Curt and my contact said that at this time (July 2020) there is no replacement shank for the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount # C45927 so you'll have to pick up the entire ball mount to use this shank.
