Speaker 1: Quiet, quiet. Speaker 2: Today we're taking a look at a Curt two inch ATV hitch ball. This ATV hitch ball provides a connection point for your trailer's coupler. It's made from a high strength, hot forged steel construction. Very strong and durable. It features a rust resistant, chrome plated finish to resist rust and corrosion.
And it does come with the nut and lock washer for installation.Now one of the things that's included to make the installation easier, is that it has the wrench flats on the side. So that's a really nice design when you're installing this, you can place a wrench on there as you tighten the nut on the bottom. And it keeps the ball from spinning so it makes installation easier. The torque specifications are located in the included instructions, so please do not discard those when you get this, before installing it.Ball diameter, again, that's a two inch ball. The shanks, excuse me, the shank on the unit is a five eighth inch diameter shank that measures one and three quarter inches long.
Weight capacity is engraved right here on the ball, two thousand pounds. And it's designed to fit ball mount platforms that are at least three eighths of an inch thick, and it is covered with a limited lifetime warranty.That's going to do it for today's look at the Curt two inch ATV hitch ball. Works as expected/ intended. Undersized threads allow installation on zero turn mower for full size hook-up. What else could you expect? Chrome plating holds up well in low pressure high moisture environments
Great product for moving trailers around with a lawnmower without installing a hitch. Worked perfect for me as adding a braced hitch to my mower would interfere with my bagger. Moves my Malone kayak trailer to the backyard with ease. I will say the instructions are terrible. Exploded diagram was a bit confusing. A few arrows would have helped. Shipping was super fast...super happy!
Building a trailer hitch for my garden tractor so I can easily move my utility trailer around the yard instead of hooking up to my truck every time. The small sized shank on the trailer ball made fabrication easier.

Has performed as needed
This ball was great for my lawn tractor because it had the 5/8" diameter shank, which is the size of the whole in my tractor. Also, all of the hitches on my trailers are 2", so this makes it work well too. This combination was hard to find, so this product works out great for me.
