Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a real quick look at this Valterra Cable with Valve Handle. Now, this 72 inch flexible cable is going to let you install a valve handle where you want it, and the cable is going to allow this handle to be placed in a secure location or an easy to reach place. Now, the inner wire, as you can see here, is constructed of stainless steel, and this cable is going to arrive as you see it. It's going to be kind of spooled up here with ties on it to keep it secure and a little more easier to manage. And I've kept it that way on my table just so I don't have the the cable going everywhere.
But you have that stainless steel wire internally, again, your handle. And this is going to work with Valterra and Bladex cable valves. Instructions are included to walk you through the installation process. And that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.

The cables purchased from etrailer are of much better quality than the original factory cables, the factory cable mounting ends were plastic, and did not hold up at all; The Valterra Cable TC72PB has metal mounting ends.
We were able to remount the cables to a location inside of the large cabinet on the left side, which makes it so much more convenient to open and close the Gray & Black tanks, (No getting more down on the ground to open & close the valves).
I have enclosed a photo of the completed installation.

This product has been good, I only gave it 3 out of 5 stars due to the fact that I am going to have to replace this cable. Maybe a design flaw on the RV Manufacture end or bad cable. The outer shield and how the cable locks into the valve block no longer stays in place so the valve does not work again. The cable itself is strong, the handle design is of good quality. It was easy to trim to size, I would buy again.

Installed on 2011 LTV Serenity Gray tank. Has 180 degree turn which creates a good amount of friction on the cable and it very hard to pull or push back in using the service area T handle. But it does work. Can now see why the original cable outer housing wore out so quickly at 28,000 miles.
