How to Install the Valterra Cable with Valve Handle # TC72PB

Question:

So on my cable it looks like the cable itself is ripping. How would I replace the old one-and-a-half put a new one on?

To install the Valterra Cable with Valve Handle # TC72PB you will need to simply follow the instructions that are included in the packaging:

Remove the locknut from the cable housing assembly. Feed the cable through the mounting bracket or hold in the wall of chassis. Feed the locknut back over the cable and fasten securely to the backside of the bracket or wall. With the red tab in place, insert the cable housing into the collar entry hole and the wire into the coupler. Tighten allen set screw in the coupler and collar screws in the collar. Secure the cable every 18" to 24" using a zip tie or paperclip. Open the valve, remove the red tab, and close the valve completely.

A diagram is included with the instructions that has an inside view of the housing and everything labeled.
