Question:
how do I replace the cable
asked by: Larry
Expert Reply:
Remove the locknut from the cable housing assembly of the # 34466N11AB96GMA. Feed the cable through the mounting bracket or hold in the wall of chassis. Feed the locknut back over the cable and fasten securely to the backside of the bracket or wall. With the red tab in place, insert the cable housing into the collar entry hole and the wire into the coupler. Tighten allen set screw in the coupler and collar screws in the collar. Secure the cable every 18" to 24" using a zip tie or paperclip. Open the valve, remove the red tab, and close the valve completely.
A diagram is included with the instructions that has an inside view of the housing and everything labeled.
For a new cable we have the part # TC72PB.

Does anyone have instructions or info on how the cable is attached to a LaSalle Bristol sewer dump valve? Mine is not opening and either the cable is broken or disconnected.
