Question:
Does the cable bracket come off the old valve. Mine looks like tc372 but Im not sure if the cable sheath clamp bracket is used with the new valve.

I'm not sure Jim because I have no idea what valve you have. Have you tried taking the cable off of it? If nothing else you should be able to cut the cable and then reuse it. It'll just be a bit shorter.
We do sell a cable for the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Gray Water Tank item # T1001PBC. It's the Valterra Cable with Valve Handle - 72" item # TC72PB.
What kind of trailer do you have?

I have a Grand Design 5th wheel. I think that it has a valterra valve ( at least it has a valterra handle in the wet compartment) . But the valve leaks and I'd like to replace it. I wasn't sure if I needed the cable and everything I think it's just the valve or seals. I figured that while I have it apart I might as well replace the valve. I just wasn't sure if the old part where the cable sheath attached would work with the new valve. I'm pretty sure the old valve has the bracket on it to clamp the end of the sheath so it doesn't move.
