• Recommended Screws for Installation of Plywood on Enclosed Trailer Wall
  The 1" Long Black Torx Wall Liner Screw # WLS100 is the best option for the plywood installation. These screws are fine thread and made for metal studs. They have a tapping edge but often a starter or pilot hole should be drilled. You can then use the Torx Head Screwdriver Bit for WLS100 Wall Liner Screw # TX425 to snug the head flush.

• Self Tapping Screw Recommendation for Installing Exterior Light on Trailer
  Self tapping screws like the part # WLS100 which has a Torx head or a part # FA1131822 which is a hex head style bolt would work well. We don't normally see people seal the lights to the trailer as most light assemblies are a weather proof or waterproof design and don't require it. For a sealant we recommend the # 0160297 for sealing trailer roof vents. This would work well for a light assembly as well.

  That is going to depend on the thickness of the floor on your cargo trailer. I attached a link to a page that has all of the self tapping screws you could use for E-tracks. You will want to select the length you need from the filters on the page and the correct length screws would be listed. There are screws from 1 inch to 2-1/2 inches in length like the # TFX250ACQ.

  The 1" Long Black Torx Wall Liner Screw part # WLS100 is measured from the head to the tip, so it is 1" long from the highest point to the lowest point. It uses a T25 bit like part # TX425. We do have the Long Black Torx Wall Liner Screws available in 1-1/2" long part # TFX150, 2-1/4" long part # TFX225, and 2-1/2" long part # TFX250 but these use a T30 bit like part # TX430-1.

  We have several wall liner screws such as # WLS100 (1-inch) and # TFX225 (2-1/4 inch) to name a couple. Unfortunately, none that are white-headed at this time but you could paint over the head with a hard enamel because it air dries to a hard, usually glossy finish.   The Full Size Locking Steel Flush Door Latch part # L3980 can be mounted with a variety of different types of hardware. As you mentioned, pop rivets or carriage bolts would be the most secure. You could also use something like the Long Black Torx Wall Liner Screw part # WLS100 as torx bits are more of a speciality tool. The correct bit for this screw is part # TX425. If you have a metal door you could weld it on as well.
