Heavy-duty, stainless steel hitch locks provide superior security for your B&W Continuum weight distribution head. Third-party-tested hitch locks have 32,000-lb shear strength. Flush design helps to deter theft. Keyed alike.

Extensive Testing
InfiniteRule products undergo extensive third-party testing to determine shear strength. The shear strength is determined by placing the hitch lock in a stress position and subjecting it to increasing force until a required proof load (maximum force received without deformity) is met or the pin fails. These locks have a shear strength of 32,000 lbs.
The short pin included with this set is used as a hitch lock to secure your B&W Continuum weight distribution system to your 2" or 2-1/2" hitch. The other 2 locks replace the pins that secure the weight distribution head to the shank.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these InfiniteRule hitch locks for your B&W Continuum. Now, these heavy duty stainless steel locks are built to keep your B&W Continuum weight distribution system completely secure, and they're third party tested and they boast an impressive 32,000 pound sheer strength. So you're gonna be able to trust that they're gonna hold up under serious pressure. So these are designed to fit your B&W Continuum weight distribution systems for the two inch and the 2 1/2 inch hitches. And this set includes everything that you see here.
You're going to get long locks that are going to secure the adjustable weight distribution head to the shank and then a shorter lock that's going to connect the shank to your trailer hitch. And the flush style design's gonna help deter theft, and everything's key to like for convenience. So no fumbling around with multiple keys. You'll get three keys here and one key will run the show. These are made from rust-resistant stainless steel, so very durable, and they're gonna be long lasting, very robust.
And so they are built to last. If you notice here, we do have a cap here that's gonna protect the keyway. It is tethered. Just want to give you a brief demonstration of how you can unlock and lock these. I'm gonna insert one of the keys here, I'm gonna turn it counterclockwise like I'm unlocking a screw.
And if you notice this is getting looser, and then it's just gonna come undone just like that. Since I've got the head removed from this lock, I just want to show you that each of these locks here are gonna have an O-ring that's gonna keep dirt and grime out of the internal components here. And then when you are ready to lock this up, you'll just connect the head and the lock and then you'll turn the key in the clockwise position and that's going to tighten it up just like you're tightening up a screw. And then once you have that tightened up, you're just going to line up the key to the nearest set of hash marks that are around the ring, and then you're gonna be able to easily remove the key. So very easy to use these.
Let me give you some measurements here, beginning with this shorter lock. So bringing my ruler up here. The overall length, in case you we inchesre wondering, we're sitting right at about 5 3/4 inches overall. And then the span, or inside pin length there, inside to inside, about 3 1/8 inches. The diameter of this pin is going to be 5/8 of an inch in diameter. So that's for the shorter one. And then for the two longer ones, the overall length, looks like we are sitting right at 'bout 6 5/8 inches long. And then that inside length, inside to inside, looks like we're sitting right at four inches, and the diameter is gonna be 7/8 of an inch. So again, the long locks are gonna secure the adjustable weight distribution head to the shank and then the shorter lock's going to connect the shank to your trailer hitch receiver or your trailer hitch. And if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about these great locks or anything else that we carry here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
