Topping off a diesel tank, overfills get messy fast. This automatic shut-off nozzle helps stop flow when the tank is full, and the 3-position latch lets you set the pace from 2.5-14.5 GPM. Fill, click off, and move on clean.
Overfills get messy fast, especially when you're multitasking during a transfer. This nozzle uses automatic shut-off to reduce any chance of overfill and spilling. It keeps flow from running past the fill point when the tank is full. You finish the transfer without fuel running down the side of the tank.
Some fills need a slower pace, and others need you to keep fuel moving without holding the handle the whole time. This nozzle has 3 adjustable latch positions so you have control of the flow rate when filling. The specs call out a Flow Rate: 2.5-14.5 GPM, so you can stay within the nozzle's stated range. You dial in the latch position and keep the flow where you want it during the fill.
Nozzles can shift while you're filling, and that can nick a fill neck or bang into surrounding hardware. This nozzle includes a spout spring that ensures the nozzle goes right where it needs for each fill so nothing gets damaged. It keeps the spout behavior more controlled while you're working. You keep the nozzle seated where it belongs instead of fighting it mid-fill.
When multiple fuels share the same work area, grabbing the wrong nozzle is an easy mistake. This nozzle has a green plastic covering that indicates use for auto diesel fuel. It gives you a quick visual cue before you start pumping. You pick up the right nozzle at a glance and get to the fill.
Nozzles take hits from drops, repeated use, and outdoor storage, and weak housings crack or corrode. This nozzle uses cast aluminum construction to ensure durability and lifetime corrosion resistance. The specs list a maximum operating pressure: 50 psi, so you have a clear pressure ceiling. You keep using it through everyday transfers without treating it like a delicate tool.

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look together at our Fill-Rite three quarter inch with an automatic shutoff for diesel. Folks, this is a nice replacement fuel nozzle. It does feature a nice 15/16th of an inch spout on the end. It is a aluminum cask construction, so that means it's gonna be a durable, lightweight, yet also corrosion resistant. So the neat thing with this is it has a hook on it as well, so you can hang it when you're not using it.
Maybe between transfers and those kind of things or just put it next to the pump where a lot of those have the storage spot there as well. So again, we talked about three quarter inch inlet. If you do need a hose, we do sell them separately as well. 20 foot long I believe. And that's item number FR62XQ, again, sold separately.
Now this does feature an automatic shutoff, so just like most of the gas pumps at the gas stations out there, it'll automatically shut off whenever it gets full and stop the flow. Now these are not to be used, or intended to be used rather, with gravity flow system. So again, don't use these if you have a gravity flow system. These are compatible with diesel, kerosene, and biodiesel blends up to the B20. And it does have the included spout spring here.
So that's gonna make sure that it goes right where it needs to go each and every time. That way nothing's gonna get damaged and everything and it's gonna go, you know, safely inside wherever you're transferring your fuel to. Now, most likely if you're using something like this, you're probably either a farmer, agricultural use, possibly an RVer, maybe you're transferring stuff from a toy hauler into your toys, construction workers, those kind of things. Lots of different options, but again, green obviously for diesel. Some quick dimensions before we go, about 14 and a quarter inches tall overall.
As far as a width, I went from a straight edge here and a straight edge across the back and I got roughly about eight to eight and a half inch wide. And then on the thickness, the widest part's right here at the back of the spout, I got about two and one quarter inches thick. The flow rate on this one is two and a half to 14 and a half gallons per minute. Obviously, depending on how hard you have the lever depressed and the max operating PSI is 50 pounds per square inch. So again, folks, that will conclude our look together at the Fill-Rite three quarter inch automatic shutoff diesel fuel nozzle. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
