Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Demco Tow Bar Adapters. These are going to allow you to use your Reese Tow Champ or Valley Tow Bar to connect to your Demco Classic Base Plate. Most manufacturers do have proprietary designs on their tow bars and base plates so that they'll work together, but if you're going outside of the brand, you will need an adapter, and that's what these are going to do for you.They are a solid steel construction with a black powder coat finish, so you don't have to worry about any rust or corrosion, and they're going to maintain a nice firm connection for you between your tow bar and your base plate. To get them installed, you'll simply remove the hardware from your tow bar, take off the arms that came with it from the factory, and install the arms here onto the tow bar using the holes on this end.

Then this end will connect to your Demco Classic Base Plate.The hardware that you need to connect the arms to the base plate is provided. You have your pin and your pin and clips. The hardware to connect them to the tow bar is not provided, but you should be able to reuse the hardware from the tow bar itself. That's going to complete our look at the Demco Tow Bar Adapters.
