This is Jeff at etrailer.com, today we're gonna take a look at the adapter for the Roadmaster Sterling or Nighthawk tow bars to your etrailer Classic base plates. Now this adapter kit here will allow you to connect your Roadmaster Sterling or Nighthawk tow bar to your etrailer, Classic base plates are on your vehicle. Now, one note I do wanna mention this will work with the Roadmaster Sterling tow bars that have serial numbers above 14501. If you do have a Sterling tow bar and the serial number is below and includes 14500, you do want to use a different adapter which we do sell separately on our website.

It's part number E98983 and it is listed on this product page as a related product. This part will include everything shown here on the table. It includes these two clevis style adapters all the hardware included to install 'em. Nice set of instructions that'll describe how it all goes together. These parts of made in the USA, but just basically a quick demonstration is this adapter right here.

This portion here is what'll attach to your tow bar using the hardware right here. Once these are attached to your tow bar, this portion, this clevis portion is what'll go into your base plates that are on your vehicle, the etrailer base plates, and then you attach 'em by using. Once you slide that into the base plate, slide the pin through there. Once the pin's through there, take your clip, put it on there, clip it closed, and just like that it'll hold it in place. You'll do the same on this one and then you're all ready to go.

And then when you're ready to remove it, just take out your clip, slide out your pin, and you can remove your vehicle from your base plates. But that should do it for the review on the adapter for the Roadmaster Sterling or Nighthawk tow bars to your etrailer Classic base plates.
