Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a quick look at this replacement straight coupler with cable system for your Ranch Hitch Coupler Adapter. This replacement coupler is going to work with the Ranch Hitch 5th-wheel-to-gooseneck coupler adapter, both straight and offset models, and it can replace your offset coupler with a straight coupler if you have switched from a short bed to a long bed pickup. So this includes everything that you see here, this includes the replacement coupler, the replacement cable system that's going to allow the remote coupler engagement and disengagement. So right now, this is engaged, hopefully, you can see that, let me tilt that just a little bit. And then to disengage this, you're going to turn this handle from the locked position to the unlocked position and then just pull that out, and as you can see, that disengages and then engages just like that, so it's going to be a very simple and very smooth operation. And then you can just turn this back, and then that's going to lock that handle.

I had an 8" offset coupler system that I replaced with the straight coupler. I works much better for my short bed truck. I am very pleased
I bought the Anderson Ranch offset 5th wheel to gooseneck for short bed truck but discovered the 5th wheel box was forward enough and design of Toy Hauler made the straight adapter fit with my 4 inch offset ball. Perfect turning distance. Straighter the better when possible.
It was a perfect fit to replace the d h itch.

Great product, delivered on time.
I purchased due to a broken cable. When I received the product, to fit it in the shipping box you purposely kinked it in two places. Now I have to decide whether to keep the damaged product ( which will have a decreased user life ) or shipping it back to you when you do not have another unit to sell.
What is the resolution? Return which set me back at least a week.
Monetary refund or decreased cost?
Would be lying if I told you I was satisfied.

Its been about a year now since I installed this coupler the same as when it was new.
