Hey Luis,

We can answer both your questions in one as yes, you can change from the CRE3000 to AllTrek 4000, and it's definitely an upgrade worth making, as the AllTrek 4000 is better in a couple ways from the CRE3000. The first is the 4000 is constructed with significantly more rubber - 40% - than 3000, which means more shock absorption as you tow. It also has another inch of suspension travel - 4" compared to 3" - to further smooth out your ride. So this is a true upgrade to make towing your Jayco 5th wheel more enjoyable. They will also work with the UO12-016 shackle kit you mentioned, and you'll just need to find the right equalizers for your wheelbase:

- 35" Wheelbase: MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR29DR

- 33" Wheelbase: MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers # MR89DR

- Shackle Kit: MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps # MR46ZR

The shackle kit is the UO12-016, we just have a different part number for our website, but this is the exact kit you asked about. As for the leaf springs, while we don't have a way of knowing what's on your trailer, it's pretty easy to find. All you need to do is measure your current leaf springs from center-to-center of the spring eyes, and you also need to know the weight rating of your axle (which should be printed on a sticker or tag on the axle itself).

Leaf springs also flatten a bit over time, so you should go with ones that measure just a touch shorter than what you currently have. I have added a link below to our entire selection of leaf springs, which you can filter through by length and capacity.

Hi Kyle, Thanks for your quick response to my message. I just have one question about "Installing hub saver washers in the wheels". Is it worth doing that? - Install hub saver washers in the wheels Thanks

@LuizV Honestly, I'm not that familiar with those, but from what I can tell I'd say that's not necessary.
