I've read that the red, brake pedal switch circuit on your 2007 4300 International Truck is not a 12 volt system. Another option you can use for the brake switch circuit is the CHMSL circuit if available.
The white wire of the controller wiring will get grounded to the negative side of your vehicle battery, the black wire will need 12 volts of power from the positive side of your battery.
Lastly, the blue wire will run to the brake output circuit of your trailer connector. I attached an FAQ article on installing a brake controller that should be helpful.
