How Do I Convert My Incandescent Trailer Lights to LED Lights

Im considering purchasing these tail lights STL8RB Do I need anything else, or will these wire right up to my existing non-led style wiring harness on the trailer. Is it really just as easy as removing old light fixture, and install this led fixture?

Yes, you just have to remove the old lights, match the wires and mount the new ones. Please note, that it is usually not a good idea to mix LEDs and incandescent lights, so if you have have side markers or other lights on the trailer, make sure you switch those to LEDs as well.
Incandescent lights draw much more amperage than LEDs do, and if they pull that current through the LED fixtures, the LEDs could burn up. We have LED side markers and clearance lights like part # MCL36AB and part # MCL36RB.
I would also suggest that while you are swapping lights, check the wires for fraying or corrosion and clean the mounting holes of rust using a wire brush and WD40 or brake cleaner.
