I do have a few solutions for you to get your license plate more visible while using your Kuat Sherpa 2.0 bike rack.

For your application I recommend checking out the Yakima PlateMate # Y02713 and the Thule License Plate Holder # TH35JV. The PlateMate is a bit more versatile in how it can be installed, but the Thule option has a light with it so your license plate can be seen at night. Both come with straps to secure the holder and while the straps might not fit easily around the Sherpa 2.0, you can install either one to the frame of your rearmost bike so it's in clear view.

I know Kuat has some license plate holders for specific bike racks, but unfortunately the Sherpa 2.0 isn't one of them.
